Cherry Icecream With Cherry Sauce

Boil the milk till it becomes half in quantity Now add sugar and boil it

Take a bowl put half cup of milk and add milk powder and mix well now slowly add the milk we boiled earlier and boil it again while stiring it continuesly for 5-7 mins and then let it cool down and put it in a air tight container and keep it in the refrigerator

Now take 1/2 cup Cherries and remove the seeds and sticks and roughly grind it

After 1 hour remove container from the refrigerator and beat it's content again and add grinded Cherries and mix well and pour it in the airtight container again and let it set in the refrigerator.Now Icecream is ready.

Now take a pan put 1cup crushed Cherry and add 1 spoon sugar and some chopped cashew and cook for 4-5 minutes and keep aside

Now cherry sauce is ready

Now remove the ice cream from the fridge and arrange a scoop full of cherry icecream in a plate and put cherry sauces all over the sides and add some chopped cashew
And garnish with fresh Cherry
