Ingredients

  1. 1 &1/2 cup/ 375mlmilk
  2. 1 tbsplemon juice
  3. 2 tspDried rosemary
  4. 3 tspRed chilli powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder
  7. 1 tspGarlic finely chopped
  8. 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  9. 3Eggs
  10. 1200 gramsChicken thighs (refrigerate 4 hours)
  11. forflour mixture:
  12. 1&1/2 cup 200gflour
  13. 1 cup /110gCornstarch
  14. as per tasteRed chilli
  15. 1 tspGarlic powder
  16. 1 tspFennel seed
  17. 2 tspCoriander powder
  18. 2 tspBaking powder
  19. 1 dashblack pepper
  20. 2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all he ingredients mentioned.

    Now coat the chicken with egg then with dry flour mixture.

    Deep fry until crisp.
