1 &1/2 cup/ 375mlmilk
1 tbsplemon juice
2 tspDried rosemary
3 tspRed chilli powder
as per tasteSalt
1 tspCardamom powder
1 tspGarlic finely chopped
1 tspGinger finely chopped
3Eggs
1200 gramsChicken thighs (refrigerate 4 hours)
forflour mixture:
1&1/2 cup 200gflour
1 cup /110gCornstarch
as per tasteRed chilli
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspFennel seed
2 tspCoriander powder
2 tspBaking powder
1 dashblack pepper
2 tspSalt

Marinate chicken with all he ingredients mentioned.

Now coat the chicken with egg then with dry flour mixture.
