Set your smoker on medium heat and set up your mesquite wood chips. Set Tri Tip in and smoke for about a hour. Once the hour is up cover Tri Tip in bacon and smoke for another hour. Once the next hour is up flip Tri Tip flip Bacon and smoke again for another hour.
