Marinate the fillet with crushed Ginger/garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and soy sauce. Then put the fillet in the freezer for 30 minutes as you preheat your oven for 15 mins at 170°

Lay the baking tray with foil paper, apply some cooking oil on the foil and place the fillet, then apply some cooking oil on the top part of the fillet.

Bake for 20 minutes, serve and garnish.
