Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrot
  • 1 ltrmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Handfuldryfruits(almonds kaju pistachio)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash dry the carrots then grate them.

  2. 2

    Roast the carrots in 2 tsp ghee then add milk.

  3. 3

    When all the milk dries up add sugar.

  4. 4

    When sugar mix well.Switch off the gas and add dryfruits.
