Ingredients

  • Dried hibiscus,guava,cloves,potash and sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil hibiscus,cloves and potash for 15 to 20 minutes.Sieve and allow to cool.

  2. 2

    Wash and blend guava and sieve into the cooled hibiscus drink

  3. 3

    Add sugar to taste and chill before serving.

  4. 4

    Serve with a slice of lemon.
