Ingredients

  • 1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 canstuna fish drained
  • 16 ouncespineapple tidbits
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 cupsbutter crackers
  • 1small white onion diced
  • 1small red onion diced
  • 1rib celery sliced
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • To tastesalt
  • To tasteground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit dice the onions, and slice the celery. Shred the cheese.

    Melt the butter and add the onion and celery. Add the seasonings. Sauté till the onions are translucent.

    Crush the crackers. Mix everything together.

    Put the mixture in a meatloaf pan. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

    Let rest, and serve I hope you enjoy. This can be served cold, warm, or hot.

This is completely new recipe idea to me! Does it taste like a tuna meatloaf, kind of? I do not like seafood, but will tolerate tuna if it is mixed with other flavors. This looks so smart to me. Thank you!
