  • 8Tomatoes Seedless (cut in square shape)
  • 8 ouncesEnglish cucumber peeled n diced
  • 15Olived crumbled
  • 3 tbspExtra virgin olive oil salt
  • to tastePepper

    Place the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and olive in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil,salt, pepper and oregano.

  3. 3

    Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Toss gently to coat. Serve. Garnish with carrot n lattice leaves.
