Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgFinger Fish:
  • 1 cupMaida:
  • 1Egg:
  • Black pepper: 1 and half tbsp
  • 2Lemons juice
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Tarter sauce
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped carrots
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped green Bell pepper
  • 2-3 tspgherkins (cucumber in vinegar)
  • 1-2 tspB.pepper(adjust it with ur taste buds)
  • Pinchmustard powder
  • 1-2lemons
  • 1/4 tspfinely chopped parsley/ Hara dhania
  • Chilli Mayo Sauce:
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspchilli garlic sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tspB.pepper or adjust it according to ur taste
  • 1/4 tsphot sauce(optional)
  • 1-2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and marinate fish in it for 3-4 hours.

  2. 2

    Coat the fish with bread crumbs and deep fried them.

  3. 3

    Serve it hot.

    For tarter sauce:

    Mix well all the ingredients and ur sauce is ready to serve.

    Adjust sourness according to your taste
