Ingredients

  • 1 kgIdli batter
  • 1 cupmix vegetables
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsphaldi Hing a pinch
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1green chilli Chopped
  • 2 tsptomato sauce ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
  • Carionder leaves for granish
  • 3 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take idli batter mix salt and batter put in the idli plate and steamed for 15 minutes idli is ready.cool them and then cut the idli... And keep aside

    Chopped the mix vegetables one bowl...

    In a pan put oil and add jeera Hing then add ginger garlic paste FRI for 1 minute then add vegetables and fried for 5 minutes then add haldi red chilli powder red chilli sauce tomato sauce and salt and add idli and pray for in slow flame 5 minutes and garnished with coriander leaves.....
