1 bowlpoha
1 tbspoil
1tomato finely chopped
1onion peel and finely chopped
2green Chilli chopped
Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
1/2 spoonturmeric powder

Firstly take a wok, add oil and heat it. now add onion and tomato fry it now, add green Chilli, add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder, mix well

Now wash Poha and add it to the mixture above and mix it and poha is ready
