Ingredients

  • 4 tbsprava
  • 1onion
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil / Ghee
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil or ghee. Add mustard seeds, when you hear the crackling of seeds add chopped onion and salt. Saute until onion turns slight transparent.

  2. 2

    Add the rava to it. Mix it properly then add water to it and then add milk to it.

  3. 3

    Cook it for 10 mins. Your tasty upma is ready.
