    First washed the Plum with clean water. Now remove the kernels of Plum. Take out the pulp of Plum and put it on a plate.

    Now add Sugar Powder + Cumin powder + Black Salt in the pulp of Plum and grind it in the mixer. After you add 1 cup cold water + Ice cubes.

    Aloo Bukhara Ka Sharbat is ready.
