Cut into small pics the whole gaurd.paste the mustad seeds.put oil in karai and add lal mirch and mustard and add the pics with mustaredpest salt and sugar also.mix in karai with water and dry it.looking white.

Removed the out side of gaurd and them smal pics boiled it in cooker andfry into oil in karai added poppy seeds and nuts.both the sabji serve with rice.
