Soak moong dal overnight. drain water from dal and wrap into a cloth for a day.

Take a bowl. add chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder. add sprouts into mixture.

Mix well all ingredient and serve it.
