In a bowl take wheat flour, salt.oil and grated carrot mix well, then make a tight dough by adding water. Then cover it and keep aside for 5 minutes. Make balls from the dough.

For stuffing, take mashed potatoes, add salt to taste, chopped chilli,coriander leaves and chat masala. Mix well and divide them into small balls.

Make roti from the carrot dough then stuff the potato mixture, cover it,then gently make small round shape Paratha, heat a greased tawa fry the Parathas adding little oil, then flip the Paratha cook till golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with curd.
