Peel the papaya and clean it's inner side.Grate it.Now cook it in heavy bottom pan for 5-6 minutes with cover till 3/4 done.

Add sugar
when we add sugar it leaves water again evaporate the water. - 3
Now add khoya and dry fully
Grease the tray with ghee and pour papaya paste on it and spread equally. - 4
When set spread silver vark on it and cut into diamond shape.
The quick burffi is ready to eat !!!!!
