250 gmsraw papaya
1/2 cup or 125 gmssugar
50 gramskhoya

Steps

Peel the papaya and clean it's inner side.Grate it.Now cook it in heavy bottom pan for 5-6 minutes with cover till 3/4 done.

Add sugar
when we add sugar it leaves water again evaporate the water.

Now add khoya and dry fully
Grease the tray with ghee and pour papaya paste on it and spread equally.

When set spread silver vark on it and cut into diamond shape.
The quick burffi is ready to eat !!!!!
