Cooking Instructions

Soak kajoor for approx 45 minutes in hot water.

Mash soaked khajur and take out seeds from khajur pulp. Add chopped green chilli.

Blend the khajur pulp & green chilli and make it's paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and kashmiri mirch powder & saute for 30-40 seconds.

Add khajur paste in pan. Add sugar, salt and chat masala also. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low medium flame. Check it's consistency depending upon it's uses.

Khajur Mirch chutney is ready and I used it for Batata Puri & Bhel Puri.
