Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 500 gmslong beans
  2. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  3. 2 tspsesame seeds(til)
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 6garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. 2 tspsesame oil
  8. 1 tsppeanuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat it add oil to it. Add garlic cloves when it turns brown add sesame seeds and peanuts into to it.

    When it starts crackling add the pre cooked boiled long beans into it. Then add soya sauce into it mix it up with the sesame seeds and nuts.

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame and serve it.
