Firstly chopped all veggies and take a bowl add besan and lassi and boil it.

Then take a wok heat oil in it and make a batter of besan and chopped veggies and make a pakora.

Then take another wok heat oil in it and all veggies and spices and cooked it.

Then add in kadi and serve it.
