Steps

Soak rice overnite. Put in a strainer until almost all the water has drained.

In a blender put half the rice add cardamon and yeast. Cover with the rest of the rice and pour in all the coconut milk.

Blend until all the rice is ground and u can feel a smooth mixture.

Cover and keep in a warm place for atleast 2 hrs. It will rise.

Wen risen add sugar n mix well till it dissolves.

Pour 1/4tsp oil in each hole. Using a soup spoon pour in small amounts of batter in a vitumbua pan.

Let cook on low heat till u see bubbles on top. Then flip and cook on the other side..
