Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except water.

Add small amount of water make a soft Dow,u can water as ur need.

Take small part from ur Dow give it a round roti like shape or as u like.

Take a dhosa pan put ur paratha on pan grease it with oil/ghee as u like both side cook it untill it turns light brown from both side.

Serve it hot with dahi or achar.
