  1. 1 bowlgreen peas
  2. 1 tspgrated ginger - garlic
  3. 1/2 tspcumin
  4. 2green chilli chopped
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  9. 2onion chopped
  10. 2tomato finely chopped
  11. 1 pinchasafoetida
  12. 1/4 spoongaram masala powder
  13. 2 spoonoil
  14. 1 spoonchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan put oil, cumin, green chilli and grated ginger and garlic saute them.

    Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes then add tomato and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add green peas, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well, cook and cover it for 10 minutes on slow flame.

    Stir occasionally. Finally add coriander leaves and garam masala powder, mix well than swich off the flame.
