Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Add the flour and mix well.
Stir in the spices and chopped herbs. - 2
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the sour cream.
Pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture and mix well. - 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the shredded cheese and mix.
Butter a tall, oven-safe dish and add the bacon pieces or ham strips. - 4
Pour the egg mixture over the meat.
Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your oven.
The top should be nicely golden brown.
Serve with a salad.
