Steps

Wash & soak moong dal for 10 mins. In kadhai add chopped spinach,soaked moong dal, turmeric powder and green chillies ginger paste mix and add 11/2 cup water and cook.

When dal is cooked it should be soft and mixture thickens.. Mash it.

In another kadhai add heat ghee add chopped onion and saute for 1 min. Add red chilli powder and saute for 1/2 mins. Add salt and cooked spinach- dal mixture. Mix well. Transfer in another kadhai.

Cook for 2 -3 mins Add beaten curd and little water to make creamy mixture.

Serve hot nutritious, delicious Punjabi Malai Palak with Parathas.
