Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSuji
  2. 1/3 cupGhee
  3. 1 1/4 cupwater
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. As neededChopped Nuts : Almonds, cashews and Raisins

Cooking Instructions

    Take sooji in a heavy based pan, add ghee and heat it over medium flame.

    Stir and mix using spatula.

  3. 3

    Roast it until golden-brown. It will take anywhere between 8 to 10 minutes.

    Pour 1¼ cups water and add 1/2 cup sugar in a small saucepan and bring it to boil over medium flame, it will take around 3-4 minutes. Remove it from the flame and keep aside.

    Reduce flame to low; slowly add boiled sugar syrup water and mix by stirring constantly.

    Stir until sugar water is semi-solid consistency. Add and mix almonds and cashew nuts after reserving some of them for garnishing.

    Ready for serve
