First knead soft dough and next boil water and add soya chunks and keep for a minute,drain the water and squeeze out the remaining water for chunks this makes soya chunks soft and grind it coarsely.Next heat pan add oil and saute onion till it becomes soft.

Add green chill,ginger and garlic paste saute till raw smell goes off.Next add chopped veggies along with chopped tomatoes and add all the spices mix nicely and saute till veggies gets soft and tender.

Next add the coarsely grinded chunks and mix with masala well add 2 tbsp water so that the masala gets mixed with the chunks well and switch of the flame after 5 minutes.Next roll round roti.

Roast both the sides but roast halfly and make all rotis halfly cook and keep aside.Take one roti spread mayonnaise all over and put some soya mixture straight in centre.

Next add some chopped cabbage and grated cheese and roll the roti and keep aside repeat this process for all the rotis made and on a pan again roast it from both the sides of roll till you find little crispy and serve soya chunks kathi rolls which is not only delicious but very healthy also.
