As a part of my new year resolution 2018. I wanted to eat healthy so decided to include Wide range of fruits and vegetables in my diet. I have not been a fan of beetroot since childhood, but my new year resolution motivated me and I tried this recipe.

As a part of my new year resolution 2018. I wanted to eat healthy so decided to include Wide range of fruits and vegetables in my diet. I have not been a fan of beetroot since childhood, but my new year resolution motivated me and I tried this recipe.
Steps

Wash and peel 3 beetroot cut it in big pieces and transfer it to Shredder and keep it aside.

Take Coconut scrapped, Garlic cloves and Green Chillies put it in a mixer and grind it without adding any water.

Heat a skillet pan pour 1/2 tbs oil sauté beetroot scrapped, add salt.

Cook it for 10 minutes then add Coconut mixed.

Sprinkle some water and sauté for 10 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and coconut grated.
