This June, we’re celebrating food that’s as bold and expressive as you are. Colorful foods are not only more fun but they tend to be more nutritious too — so let's turn our plates into palettes! 🎨
🌈 How to join:
- Pick a color (or multiple) and make a dish inspired by it!
- Use only plant-based sources for your color (no artificial dyes!)
- Share your recipe on Cookpad with a photo that shows off your colorful creation.
- Add the tag: #EatTheRainbow to your recipe description
- Include your main ingredient or the main color in the title, e.g. 'Purple Smoothie' or 'Cilantro Rice'
Need Inspiration? Try these ingredients:
🍎 Red: tomatoes, strawberries, red bell peppers, watermelon, cherries
🍊 Orange: mango, carrots, papaya, oranges, butternut squash
🍌 Yellow: saffron, turmeric, corn, lemons
🥬 Green: cilantro, spinach, kale, kiwis, asparagus
🫐 Blue: blue corn, blueberries, plums
🍆 Purple: beetroot, red cabbage, purple sweet potato
