Beautifying and Delicious Diet Noodles Beautifying and Delicious Diet Noodles
I had this at my friend's house and since it was so delicious, I wanted to have it again. Since it's low in calories and includes healthy ingredients, I recommend it if you are on a diet. You can also add ingredients like green onions, daikon, mushrooms, and tofu. The noodles can be added without reconstituting them. While the taste depends on the amount of kimchi, adjust to taste with salt, soy milk, or your choice of flavourings. Pork and Peanut Noodles Pork and Peanut Noodles
This is another in a series of dinners that are relatively quick and easy to make. Besides being tasty, it’s an all-in-one meal that contains meat, veggies, and carbs. I dialed down the spice when I made it for my family, since my four-year-old can’t really eat spicy food. She was a big fan of this dish because of the peanut flavor and because of all the noodles! 🥜 🍜This recipe was modified from Bon Appetit. Chris Gan -

Bibimbap-style Pork Rice Bowl with Lots of Vegetables Bibimbap-style Pork Rice Bowl with Lots of Vegetables
This is the dish for me when I don't have an appetite. You can use whatever vegetables you have left over in the refrigerator. The amount of sauce varies depending on the amount of vegetables. I think it's a good idea to make a generous amount of sauce. You don't have to use sugar. Also delicious with yuzu or kabosu citrus depending on the season. Recipe by commeline cookpad.japan -

Thick Ankake Sauce for Crispy Noodles and Rice Bowls Thick Ankake Sauce for Crispy Noodles and Rice Bowls
I am properly measuring out the ingredient amounts that I've been eyeballing since they've been popular. This is surprisingly hard work. But I'm doing this not just for my friends who've requested for the recipes, but also for myself and uploading the results. In Step 13, after you add the Step 5 katakuriko potato starch flour, mix it rapidly and serve it right away on rice or fried noodles when it's just right.Since the vegetables and other added ingredients will decrease in volume quite a bit with heat, I recommend using a lot that may seem a bit too much at first.Vary this recipe by adding whatever you have in your refrigerator... Cantonese Style Pan Fried Noodles Cantonese Style Pan Fried Noodles
This is one of those recipes that allows a lot of customization if you desire. Want vegetarian, leave the meat out. Or substitute tofu our faux ground meat. It's all good. Don't have the veggies I used, use something else. Want more heat, add some, hot sauce or crushed red pepper, jalapenos, it's all good. Try it, next time have some fun with it after you see how easy it is. Just don't over cook the noodles in the boil stage, it does make a mess when they fall apart (still taste good, just sort of goopy). Fo Fa -
