Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak moong dal in sufficient water for 1 hour. After 1 hour removes water and grinds moong dal in the grinder. Make a smooth paste. Add a pinch of hing and red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Mix it.

Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seed, asafoetida. When it's crackled add grated ginger and chopped green chili and saute. Add chopped onion, tomato, cubes of paneer, and boiled corn. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt to taste and mix. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, oregano, coriander leaves, and mix. Remove from heat.

To make chilla heat a pan and add 1/ 2 tsp oil to it and grease the pan. Add 1 tbsp batter of moong dal and spread like a dosa. cook it on medium heat. Turn it over and cook it on another side.

Keep some cooked vegetables and paneer on it. Fold it like a dosa. Cut it in half and serve hot and garnish with cheese, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
