  1. 1Chicken Breast
  2. 2 1/2 tbspBBq Sauce
  3. 2 tbspItalian herbs
  4. 5 cupFrozen Vegetables
  5. 1 1/2 tspOlive oil

  1. 1

    Butterfly chicken then slice into little cubes

  2. 2

    Add chicken to bowl with herbs, oil and sauce

  3. 3

    Put into frypan cook for ten minutes for a quicker cook, put a lid over the pan

  4. 4

    Boil some water and add vegetables into a bowl with boiling water and microwave for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Strain vegetables and then combine the lot into one bowl

  6. 6

    Eat
