Ingredients

1 packstring bean
Halfred pepper
3Chinese sausage
2 slicesGinger
3garlic slices
Halftbsp cooking oil
Halftsp oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

Steam the Chinese sausage for three sausage.Then cut into round shape.

Sautee ginger and garlic until aromatic.Then add in string bean.Mix well and add oyster sauce

Cover it to simmer until half cook.Then put the Chinese sausage and red pepper.Mix and simmer until string beans are half cook.So that a bit ctunchy.
