Ingredients

  1. Chicken wings or drumsticks
  2. 2chinese sausage
  3. Yam / Taro (optional)
  4. Shitake mushroom (optional)
  5. Marinade Ingredients
  6. 1 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1 tspfermented bean paste
  8. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Marinate chicken for 1 hour.

    Cut chinese sausage diagonally.

  3. 3

    Place chicken and chinese sausage on a steaming plate.

  4. 4

    Steam for 20 minutes in high heat. Garnish and serve.
