It's a platter of wholesome goodness of natural bounty that can be enjoyed and relished throughout the Year anytime anywhere. Basically Dates are stuffed with so many Seeds and Nuts with the platter looking every bit regal and delightful.
I had used Seeds, Nuts and Dry Fruits in this particular platter for a healthy and a nutritious change. Not only that I have roasted a majority of them for a great texture and flavour.
Any kind of Dates including the dry variety can be used for this lip-smacking dish.
The best part is that it can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for a long time without any problem whatsoever.

Cooking Instructions

Wash and pat dry all the dates. Make sure they are dry and moisture free. Make a slit in the centre of each one of them and remove the seeds. Discard them.

Stuff or fill up the centre with the roasted ingredients in all.

Make sure to arrange them on a large platter so that it's not only easily accessible but also looks beautiful and appealing.

Store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relish them for a long time with your loved ones and families.
