Beef Stew & Mashed Potatoes with Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 1000 gBeef, cubed
  2. 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
  4. 2 tbsps Olive oil for cook
  5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1 onion, cubed
  7. 2carrots, cubed
  8. 1/2 cup Celery, cut 1 cm long
  9. 1 cup fried shallots, blended
  10. 1 l Water
  11. 2 bay leaves
  12. Fresh Thyme
  13. Mashed Potatoes with spring onion & chives cream cheese ;
  14. 500 g potato
  15. 1/2 tsp salt
  16. 2 tbsps butter
  17. 2 tbsps spring onion & chives cream cheese
  18. Parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the beef with salt and black pepper for 40 minutes.

    Heat the pan with olive oil. Add the beef to fry. Fry until brown in color. Scoop and set aside.

    The same pan put olive oil follow with garlic. Stir fry until fragrant. Add onion and stir fry until translucent. Add carrot, celery, beef, blended fried shallots, water, bay leaf and fresh thyme. Cover allow them to cook over medium heat for 10-15 min.

    Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius. Move the pan into the oven bake for 45 minutes.

    For Potatoes with Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese, start with boil the potatoes until well cooked. Then grind, add salt, butter, spring onion & chives cream cheese and parsley. Ready to serve.
