Cooking Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a bread machine and let it complete the first rise. *Of course, hand-kneading is also fine!

Divide the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a rectangle, then roll it up from the far end towards you.

Let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Once risen, bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes. Done!
