preheat oven to 350

brown the ground beef (you can add salt and pepper or onions)
- 3
mix the cans of rotel and cream of mushroom in a bowl
- 4
add a layer of doritos at the bottom of the casserole dish
- 5
add a layer of beef
- 6
add a layer of the rotel and cream of mushroom
- 7
continue layering in that order till everything is gone or the dish is full
- 8
sprinkle cheese over the top
- 9
put in oven for 10 to 15 minutes

So my sister-in-law sent me this recipe because it's very easy and quick to make. We love it and I change the salsa and add diced onions and/or diced bell peppers at times. There are many versions of this on Pintrest and this is my version! You could also use ground beef or (other ground meat) with half a pack of taco seasoning, which I will be trying next! The topping are endless and it can be altered to your liking. I used lowfat/fat free ingredients where I could to make it a little bit healthier.
