Inspiration from growing up, but I had to evolve and adapt to how I cook now. My family is the root of every recipe that I make.

I love deviled eggs, and I like egg salad though I think the flavor is often ruined by adding huge chunks of celery and way too much sweet relish. I've adapted my own deviled egg recipe into salad form, and it is now what I personally prefer as an egg salad. Serve on crackers for a little textural crunch.

A pretty way to have your easter eggs, I colored the eggs in spring colors!

Needed a kick, and something else to serve with sushi besides soy beans. Dinner was great with these to start.

I love deviled eggs and had made something similar to these for a cousin's baby shower many moons ago. I was making loaded twice baked potatoes at the same time recently for a friend's hog roast and decided to combine the two ideas! Football season, game day , a nice little twist to deviled eggs .. made these for my son who likes hot and spicy foods ...gave these a try for Thanksgiving.

Great appetizer for parties. I take these to potluck and people love them. its a little hand held egg potato salad. You might want to double the recipe for parties :)
