  1. 2eggs
  2. 1cup sugar
  3. 1 2/3cup plain flour
  4. 1/4tsp salt
  5. 1/4tsp baking soda
  6. 1 1/2baking powder
  7. 1/2cup sour curd
  8. 3/4cup vegetable oil
  9. 1tsp vanilla essence
  10. 1tsp lime zest
  11. 2tbsp lime juice
  12. 1/4cup warm milk
  13. For buttercream
  14. 200grams salted butter
  15. 1cup sugar
  16. 1tsp lime zest
  17. 1tsp lime juice
  18. 1/4cup water

    First beat eggs and sugar till the mixture is creamy and fluffy.

    Add lime zest and all the liquids except warm milk to the mixture and mix it well.

    Put all the dry ingredients in a strainer and sift over the liquid mixture and fold nicely.

    Now add warm milk to the mixture carefully and pour the mixture to the cupcake mould till they are fill about 3/4 way up.

    Bake the cupcakes in gas mark 5 for 30 minutes. (always preheat the oven). Once they are springy on touch take them out and cool them off.

    Make a sugar syrap with the ingredients mentioned in buttercream ingredients sections (except the butter) and cool it down a bit. Add the syrap into the soften butter and beat it well till the mixture is smooth. If the butter seems a bit runny for the warm sugar syrap, put the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes then take it out and beat it in high speed until it becomes fluffy and smooth.

    Now decorate your cupcakes with that yummy frosting.

I still remember the very first time when my mom made a fruitcake🎂 in a wok, without any oven just with the help of sand and wok. That surprised me and motivated me in a very good way. I know that there is always a to cook your desired dish no matter what the circumstances are.I love to eat Thai , Italian ,Indian food beside Bangladeshi food.I am a huge fan of Middle eastern cuisine as well.And I cannot stop talking about Singaporean, Korean dishes. Especially I love to eat Laksa, ramen, any sort of noodle soup🍜.Well when it comes to food I can go on and on.Even talking about food makes me hungry👀.I love to travel🚗. I love to do gardening. I love to watch good movies.
