French crepes

Dadar tipis begini namanya crepes kalau di Perancis tapi kalau di Belgia ini yang namanya pancake. Sedangkan pancake yang tebal itu khas Amerika katanya. Terserah deh mau kasih nama apa tapi setelah saya riset, resep nya kurang lebih sama kok.

Cara Membuat

Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kecuali mentega kedalam blender atau food processor. Blender selama 3 sampai 5 menit hingga adonan sedikit berbusa

Panaskan wajan, olesi dengan sedikit mentega. Lalu tuang satu sendok sayur adonan keatas wajan

Masak hingga adonan bagian bawah berwarna kecokelatan (kurang lebih 2 menit), lalu balik crepes dan masak hingga kedua sisi matang

Tambahkan topping sesuai selera

Place all the ingredients except butter in a blender or a food processor. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes until the batter becomes slightly frothy

Heat a small pan and grease with butter. Pour the batter into pan

Let cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown. Flip the crepe and let the other side cook for another 2 minutes

Serve with topping as you like
