I've been on this app since I was very young and an amateur cook and baker. Pursued my dreams of attending and graduating culinary school in my home state of MI. I've worked in fine dining restaurants, had my own business, worked along side masterchefs and chefs who've worked in Michelin star restaurants. I now reside in NC and having been off this app for several years, I look forward to sharing some of my recipes with the community.

Cara's famous white chocolate chip cookies

all-purpose flour • baking soda • salt • butter (2 sticks) • sugar • brown sugar • vanilla extract • eggs

Cara's Homemade Mac and Cheese

Macaroni (Or you can use entire box) • butter • flour • powdered mustard • milk • bay leaf • paprika • egg (optional) • salt and pepper to taste • sharp cheddar cheese (I usually just use the entire bag which is usually a 16 oz) • Bread • salt •
Iced Cappuccino

cappuccino drink mix (I used Hill Bros white chocolate caramel) • milk • scoop of vanilla ice cream

Garlic cloves ( I used 7 bulbs) Use as much garlic or as little as you like • olive oil (enough to cover cloves)
Chicken Alfredo

Milk • onion (quartered with root attached) • Bay leaf • whole clove • white roux (as needed) • Pasta of your choice ( I use Penne or fettuccine) • Chicken Breasts • Kosher salt • Ground black pepper • Butter • Flour • parmesean cheese (Grated) May need more or less to taste •

Biscuits (I used a small can that had 5 for my baking pan. You can use the bigger one depending on size of pan) • Pizza sauce • Mozzarella cheese • Pepperoni • Other toppings you like • Italian seasoning • Olive oil to drizzle on top

Pink Lemonade Cake

Cake Flour (It's just what I had on hand. Any will do • baking powder • salt • Country Time Pink Lemonade or any other pink lemonade drink mix available • Eggs • butter, softened • Milk • sugar • Pink Lemonade drink mix • splash milk • powdered sugar • butter, softened (use more or less as needed)
