Cooking Instructions

Peel off and wash toroughly and cut in pieces. Roughly cut onions and put in a mixture jar with garlic. Make a paste out of it.

In a cooker add oil and add tadka when its hot add hing and add paste. Saute it well. add all masala and add arbi when masala releases oil. Stir it well. Add salt and water as required. Take 2-3 whistles.

Our arbi masala curry is ready to serve. Add garam masala. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti, paratha or puri.
