ready-made pie crust (about 14 oz / 400 grams) • unsalted butter (about 3.5 oz / 100 grams) • superfine sugar (about 3.5 oz / 100 grams) or 1 1/2 tablespoons stevia • large eggs • floral honey (about 6 oz / 175 grams), warmed (orange blossom honey also works) • Zest and juice of 1 lemon • pine nuts (about 3.5 oz / 100 grams) • walnuts (about 3.5 oz / 100 grams)

Rose water is addictive!) • heaping tablespoons powdered sugar • shelled pistachios, chopped • small handful candied orange peel, finely chopped (optional, but if you use it, you’ll be the star of the show!)
