Great the lauki.Take a bowl add wheatflour, semolina &all spices with salt mix it well.Add grated lauki mix it.

Makes a puri dough.If nessary u can add water.I can not use water.spread 1/2tsp ghee over the dough.Cover it 20 mints.After 20 mints roll the puri with the help of a roller board&pins.Deep fry the puri.

Lauki masala puri is ready to serve.Serve with masala curd.I can also add aloo mator ki sabji & salad.
