Steps

Make a batter using all ingredients except curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and mustard seed. Mix well.

Take muffin moulds, grease it with oil, add fruit salt in the batter and mix and fill the moulds. Cook it for 3 mins in microwave. Cool and demould it.

Now heat oil, splatter mustard seed, green chilli and curry leaves. Spread it on the dhokla. Serve with coriander chutney and tomatoe ketchup
