Wash mansoor dal and soak 2 hours

Rinse well and remove all water on a strainer and place it on a cotton cloth or paper towel

In a kadai add oil when properly hot add masoor dal and fry when colour changes to brown remove it from the oil
- 4
Now fry cashew and melon seeds turn by turn and place on a paper plate
- 5
In a bowl add masoor dal, cashew, melon seeds,sevai and spices mix all together
- 6
Keep in a airtight container and use it with tea or coffee and any time snacks meal
