Wash and soak chanadal 10min

In a pressure cooker add desi ghee when hot add hing, jeera seeds stir it add ginger garlic paste

Now add chopped onion stir it 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes and green chilli

Add spices and salt add soak dal stir it add 1 glass of water

Now cover with lid and whistle 1then flame medium and again whistle 2

Now remove the lid and dal tasks ready for serve
