In a mixing bowl combine together hung curd, haldi powder, red chilli, dhaniya powder, tandoori masala, kasoorimethi, ginger green chillies paste, garlic paste, mustard oil, bhune chane ka powder and salt, mix them well

Now add paneer cubes, potatoes, capsicum, tomatoes and onion cubes, mix them nicely with your hand, so that each piece is coated well with the marination

Now cover this bowl with a cling film or a plate or lid, and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours

Meantime soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes, so that it holds the paneer and vegetables nicely

Now heat a pan on low heat, grease it with some oil

Now take one skewer and start putting the marinated paneer and vegetables, first put the onion cube, then potato piece, then tomato cube, then capsicum and then paneer cube, then again tomato cube, then capsicum cube, then potato and in the end onion cube, in this way prepare all the skewers

Now place the skewers in the greased hot pan, brush some oil on them, roast them, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes brown and crispy from outside

Then take them out and arrange them in a serving plate, on a bed of shredded cucumber, garnish with lemon slices, onion rings and chopped coriander leaves, coriander sprig, and serve with hung curd dip and tomato sauce

Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve hot, you can also sprinkle some lemon juice for more taste
