Soak daal for 4 hours

Add in cooker with salt'haldi'ginger and chilli paste and 2 cup water

Give 3 whistles

Heat oil add hing jeera and dry red chilli

Then add red chilli powder and water

Add daal and spices in it

Our daal is ready

For pakwaan add all ingredients in bowl and make dough

Roll down like purists and prick with fork

Heat oil and fry them

Serve along with daal add onion tomato both chutney

Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls
