Ingredients

  1. For daal---
  2. 1 cup chana daal
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 tsp Haldi
  5. pinch hing
  6. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 2dry red chilli
  13. 1lemon juice
  14. As neededleaves Coriander
  15. For pakwaan---
  16. 2 cup wheat flour
  17. 2 tspsalt
  18. 1 tsp jeera
  19. 2 tbspoil
  20. Water as required
  21. For accompanied---
  22. 1chopped onion
  23. 1chopped tomato
  24. As neededImli chutney
  25. As neededGreen chutney
  26. As neededPomegranate pearls

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Add in cooker with salt'haldi'ginger and chilli paste and 2 cup water

  3. 3

    Give 3 whistles

  4. 4

    Heat oil add hing jeera and dry red chilli

  5. 5

    Then add red chilli powder and water

  6. 6

    Add daal and spices in it

  7. 7

    Our daal is ready

  8. 8

    For pakwaan add all ingredients in bowl and make dough

  9. 9

    Roll down like purists and prick with fork

  10. 10

    Heat oil and fry them

  11. 11

    Serve along with daal add onion tomato both chutney

  12. 12

    Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls
